Bully by definition is an uncultured, aggressive, rude or noisy troublemaker. They, more often than not, inflict harm to those who are around them.

We have never been able to eradicate the bully culture away from our lives. It happens all the time and all the while. And those who are bullied most of them, has never been able to recover from their mental trauma that has been inflicted to them. This is pretty much worrying in a sense that if more people gets bullied, whether in school or at work, it will definitely cause one’s productivity to decline exponentially.

To tackle this issue, the need to know of why it happens is most essential. 90% of these hooligans bullies because they had once been bullied and the need to make other people inherit their ancient trauma is high. What goes around will determinedly find its way to come back around. So, in every action, it will create a big ripple effect or chain reaction. So, what is the moral of the story? Be civilized and think about other peoples’ emotion too.
